A Big Blob with my 3d Printer

I had an eight hour print. I went to my Elegoo Centauri Carbon printer, thinking the print was done, but came to this issue:

A massive, solid blob. I saw that the cooling fan housing had fallen down.

The extruder has this solid mass all around it. I can’t get it of without breaking off the entire Z axis and extruder. Any thoughts?
